What is distilled water? Nature makes extremely pure water through a process called the Hydrologic Cycle. In this process, the Sun provides heat to the Ocean, which causes evaporation. The pure water vapor rises until it condenses into clouds. With further cooling the water in the clouds precipitates as rain. Rain, as long as there is no air pollution, is extremely pure water.
Steam-distillation exactly duplicates this process. In steam-distillation, the contaminated water (your tap water) is boiled and evaporated. The pure water vapor rises (steam), then further cooling condenses causing it to precipitate into fresh water droplets.

How to ear cone:
1. Collect materials
a. 2 ear cones, one for each ear.
b. Lighter, grill lighter works best.
c. small paper plate to protect ear and face from dripping wax.
d. Scissors
2. Trim 1/4 inch off bottom end of cone. Bottom end is the smaller more pointed tip of cone. This is also the end that will be placed in ear.
3. Cut small hole, in the middle of paper plate, the size of the ear cone. Make sure the paper plate fits tight around ear cone.
4. Have person lay on their side, with desired ear facing up.
5. Place ear cone in ear and hold at 90 degree angle with the body.
Note: do not force or jam ear cone into ear. Hold tight with ear cannel.
6. Light end of ear cone and let burn down to paper plate. Once ear cone has burned 75% of it length or till residue is meet with burning end, repeat steps for other ear.

How to use Lymphatic Patches:
1. Peel protective paper off exposing adhesive on white cloth.
2. Place indicated side of patch on adhesive side of cloth. (Indicated side is marked with ink)
3. Place patch on the bottom of foot in the middle. Do this for both feet.
4. Let set for 12 hours, can hold for a maximum of 14 hours.
5. Use sock to cove foot and patch.
6. After 12 hours remove and wipe bottom of feet.
What to expect:
After the patch is peeled from applicated area, expect to see dark substance on patch. Sometime soft reds, blues and greens are noticeable. These are the toxins that are being drawn out of you body.
